Making Your Real Estate Vision a  Reality.

To me, a home is more than just a shelter. It is the place where memories are made, friends and family belong, and love and laughter never end. Family is at the core of everything I do and I am passionate about helping families find and secure their dream home.

Having extensive experience in the mortgage space, I have learned that communication is one of the most important elements in a successful loan transaction. I am committed to returning calls promptly, providing regular status updates, and being available to my clients via phone, email, or text.

Working with a loan officer with experience is critical. All loans are different, and sometimes it takes creative thinking to ensure a loan closes.  As a tenured loan officer, I have seen a variety of complex deals and find deep satisfaction in resolving issues and navigating unusual financial situations. I will always do my best to provide the best rates and lowest fees available, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable purchasing experience.

LOAN OFFICER

BIOGRAPHY

Matt Webber from Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in the Phoenix-Biltmore branch is committed to providing exceptional service and care to his clients throughout their mortgage transactions whether they are buying a new home or refinancing one. Aligning with Fairway was an easy decision for Matt. Not only does Fairway have an extensive selection of products and programs, but they uphold core values that align with Matt’s personal values, such as focus on family, consistent honest communication, and promptness to respond.

Matt has been in the mortgage industry since 2013. After graduating from Arizona State University, he spent four years on a team as a successful loan coordinator before coming to Fairway as an independent loan officer.

Matt lives in North Phoenix with his wife, Crista, and the most adorable twins in the world. Matt is involved within the Congenital Heart Defect community. When his twins were born in December of 2015, he became a member of this community. His daughter Zoey was born with a rare heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). This experience as a new father helped Matt focus on the ‘why.’ This has taught him the value of life and the importance of living in the now. His goal is to give back to the heart community in parallel to his growth as a loan officer.

“It’s not about the loans we do. It is about the hearts we change and the people we help.”
